DJGAS is a Non-Disperive Infrared (NDIR) Emissions Analyzer Monitor/Recorder for the PC.  It CONTINUOUSLY measures and records NOx, CO, CO2, O2, HC, RPM Exhaust Temperature and Lambda. DJGAS is designed for Gas, Diesel and CNG/LPG testing and monitoring in stationary, remote, portable, and lab applications. The  Gas Bench in the DJGAS has a proven worldwide reputation for reliability in the Emissions Inspection field. It meets or exceeds all world-wide specifications.

DJGAS software can monitor and record Emissions Data at a selectable interval of 1 to 999 seconds.

Programmable limits can flag out of range values on the screen and the printout. The test data is saved in a separate directory on the hard drive or to a USB memory stick.  Data is saved in both a report and Excel format. DJGAS software is extremely easy to use, test data can be collected with just TWO keystrokes.

An optical pickup is avaiable as an RPM sensor on Diesels.  The temperature probe is any K type thermocouple.  Lambda is calculated with the Brettschneider formula. Lambda, RPM and Temperature are displayed and recorded with each gas measurement.  Temperature is a Millivolt input.  Other data modules (ppm CO, NO2, SO2, or Flow Rate) can be substituted for temperature.
DJGAS is ideal for international applications.  It operates on 12 or 24 VDC or 115/230 VAC.  The language file is removable so the text can be changed or translated into a different language.
